Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom deliverables created specifically for their project. Brisbane Servers retains ownership of pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, and tools used in service delivery.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees, schedules, and methods, will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may incur additional charges and affect service delivery.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client information and project details. Specific confidentiality terms will be outlined in service agreements or NDAs.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brisbane Servers' liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered prior to termination.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
